AUTHORITY: ACBHM, Inc. has appointed a select subcommittee
to oversee the design selection process. The design competition management team is responsible for communicating progress
at each stage in the project to the Atlantic City Boardwalk Holocaust Memorial organization. The sponsor feels a special responsibility
to support the design selection process and will respond to all questions which competitors may raise from time to time. Should
disputes involving competitors and sponsor arise, it is the responsibility of the competition management team to attempt to
resolve them through discussion and arbitration. The final authority in resolving disputes, however, will be the president
and officers of ACBHM, Inc.
